Some situations call for a precise analytical lens, applied immediately. Others require expert execution on a question you've already framed. And some demand something rarer: rethinking how the problem itself should be approached before any analysis begins. CODHZ operates at all three levels.

Open Workspace

This lab gives you direct access to six specialized analytical frameworks built on research-backed architecture. Each framework operates through a structured sequence of reasoning steps grounded in distinct scientific disciplines — from complexity science and systems theory to cognitive neuroscience, social phenomenology, and strategic foresight.

Connect your own API key and operate without restrictions — full analytical depth, maximum information reliability, and complete control over your AI provider.

01

Complex Scenarios

Map the structural configurations your system could reach and the precise conditions that would activate each one. Built on complexity science and bifurcation analysis — not forecasting, not trend extrapolation. Configuration mapping.

02

Trends and Niches

Surface the emerging competitive territories worth entering before the market consolidates around them. Built on competitive morphogenesis — not conventional market analysis.

03

Sentiment Analysis

Decode the emotional and perceptual climate around any topic by separating what people say from how they feel about it. Built on inductive empiricism and social phenomenology — not keyword counting.

04

Issues Management

Anticipate how a sensitive issue will evolve by mapping the narratives stakeholders tell, believe, and circulate — and where those narratives collide. Built on systemic constructivism and narrative epistemology.

05

Experience Design

Design intervention campaigns that transform how a specific audience understands, feels, and acts. Built on cognitive neuroscience and behavioral psychology — a three-dimensional architecture, not a communications plan.

06

Adaptive Planning

Translate strategic configurations into an integrated project with adaptive timelines, anticipatory indicators, and governance structures built to flex under pressure. Built on strategic foresight and adaptive governance.

Each framework delivers a complete, downloadable analytical report in approximately 20 minutes.

Assisted Analysis

Your problem is defined. What you need is CODHZ's analytical architecture applied to it with precision. Not a template, not an automated output, but a full framework run executed by people who understand how to extract the most from each analytical sequence.

You frame the situation. We run the analysis.

All six frameworks are available at this level. The selection depends on the nature of your problem: whether it calls for structural scenario mapping, narrative risk intelligence, sentiment diagnosis, competitive positioning, behavioral intervention design, or strategic planning under uncertainty.

What you receive is a complete framework analysis: full results, full reasoning, full traceability from evidence to conclusion.

This is the right level of engagement when your question is specific enough to frame clearly, but the problem is complex enough to warrant more than a self-directed application.

Strategic Design

Some of the most consequential problems resist straightforward framing. The situation is entangled. The variables cut across domains. The most important question is not yet visible, or the framing you're working with may itself be the constraint.

This is where CODHZ engages differently.

Rather than applying a framework to a predefined question, we work with you to design the analytical approach from the ground up. That means understanding the situation in depth, determining which frameworks are genuinely relevant and why, sequencing the analysis to surface what each lens uniquely reveals, and then reading the intersections: the tensions, the constraints, the emergent configurations that appear only when distinct analytical regimes meet formally.

All six frameworks are available. The work is in deciding how to deploy them together.

The difference from Assisted Analysis is not scale. It's the nature of the engagement: in Strategic Design, the architecture of the inquiry is itself part of what we produce. You arrive with a strategic situation. Together we determine how it should be read.

This is the right level for transformations that require the framing to shift before the strategy can take shape: market entries into genuinely ambiguous territory, organizational redesigns where the legacy structure is part of the problem, institutional situations with competing pressures, and any context where what you don't yet know is the most strategically significant variable.
