Generative Change Management studies how organizations can turn access to AI into a distinctive collective capability. Its focus is the productive coexistence of people and sophisticated nonhuman capacities under the same strategic objective.

Generative describes the transformative effect of a sustained relationship between human and artificial capabilities.

These developments will test how the architecture behaves under different technologies, work configurations, and cultural conditions.

07 / Research Status

The conceptual foundation is published as a living document.

Version 1.0 establishes the complete conceptual framework and opens the transition toward operationalization. Future versions can incorporate methodological instruments, field applications, and evidence produced through organizational practice.
